Cool, tart, still yeasty nose with white and green fruity aromas, citrus tones, some smoke, herbs and mineral tones. Clear, bright, juicy fruit with yeasty, vegetal and smoky notes, some black berry flavours in the background, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, nutty hints, hints of black berries, some depth, very good, firm finish.
