Somewhat nutty and moderately smoky aroma with ripe yellow fruit aromas, hints of yellow spice, vegetal tones and some wood. Ripe, partly candied and a touch sweetish fruit, lively acidity and some tannic grip, smoky and nutty wood flavours, some power and persistence, salty hints, a touch of anise, delicate bitterness, good to very good finish with hints of ginger spice.
