Clear, restrained smoky and tobacco aroma of rather black berries and a little sour cherries with earthy and dried vegetal nuances. Relatively cool, finely juicy, not quite dry fruit, some bite and ripe, crumbly, slightly mealy tannins, certain persistence, restrained roasted flavours on the palate, herbal-vegetable nuances, a hint of citrus zest and salt, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
