Somewhat dried-vegetable and -floral, also nutty scent with slightly warm yellow-fruity aromas. Nutty and vegetal also in the mouth, almost a little green-asparagus-like, some warm and melting dry fruit, moderate acidity, some sandy but still friable tannin, good substance and persistence, hints of yellow spice, light wood nuances, also mineral hints, some depth, very good finish with grip and spice
