Somewhat planty and herbal, slightly nutty and hints of woodiness with pome fruit notes, hints of yellow spice and a hint of smoke. Partly candied, relatively sweet fruit with yellow spice, candied-nutty and woody tones as well as herbaceous-vegetable notes, suitable acidity, some tannic grip, still very slightly drying on the palate, asparagus and lemony nuances, certain warmth, good to very good, sweetish and again also a little tannic-drying finish
