Very slightly smoky scent of paprika, zucchini, green asparagus and broccoli with restrained yellow-fruity notes, earthy tones, nutty-woody traces and a little bit of elderflower. Slightly warm, ripe fruit with vegetable and a little herbaceous aromas, fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, quite strong, good persistence, earthy, chalky and salty tones, a hint of pepper, blackberry nuances in the background, very slightly rustic style, but gains freshness and juice with air, very good, somewhat toasty finish
