Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile, an Wurzelgemüse erinnernde Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einer Spur Holunderblüte. Geradlinige, relativ saftige Frucht mit pflanzlichen und zart hefigen Aromen, lebhafte Säure und ein wenig Kohlensäure, rauchige Spuren am Gaumen, hat Biss, ordentlicher bis guter, ganz leicht süßlicher Abgang.
