Translate to English Recht herber, deutlich vegetabil-würziger, ganz leicht nussig-holziger Duft mit verhaltenen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen. Geschliffene, eher kühle, saftige Frucht, herbe pflanzliche Aromen, präsente Säure und ganz leichter Gerbstoff, viel Biss, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, nicht ewig tief, aber sehr sorgfältig gemacht, holzige Würze im Hintergrund, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Schliff.
