Translate to English Ein wenig hefige und auch pflanzliche Nase nach teils eingemachtem Kern- und Steinobst. Zart süßlich-schmelzige Frucht im Mund, nussige und vegetabile Anklänge sowie noch ein wenig käsig-hefige Töne, sehr feine Säure und Kohlensäure, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher bis guter, zart süßlicher Abgang.
