Spicy oak and tobacco on the nose, delicately tart red and black berries, dried vegetal aromas, hint of mushrooms. Ripe, clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, toasted nutty oak, hint of tobacco, fairly taut fine sandy tannins, good persistence, some fried bacon in the background, good substance, good to very good finish.
