Relatively cool, fine-vegetable, slightly herbal and also a bit floral scent with clear yellow-fruity and slightly tobacco aromas, certain barrel tones as well as a hint of root vegetables. Ripe, juicy, clear fruit with moderate, somewhat smoky wood spice, creaminess, but also fine acidity and moderate grip, lasting on the palate, has power and substance, slightly ethereal spice, in the background mineral tones, then a bit of rock candy, melted butter, toast and a hint of nut liqueur, very good, slightly warm finish with bite and slight bitterness.
