Cool, clearly fresh-vegetable nose reminiscent of peppers with bright yellow fruity notes as well as a little elderberry in the background. Clear, fine-juicy, polished fruit with fresh green-vegetable notes again reminiscent of peppers, fine acidity and some grip, yeasty traces, good persistence, good, relatively cool finish.
