Cool, clearly planty nose, also slightly reminiscent of root vegetables with white and green fruit and very slightly earthy notes. Quite firm, tart fruit, clearly planty aromas, a little elderberry, has bite, moderate tannin, also some minerality in the background, some persistence, good to very good finish.
