Clear, polished, rather cool citrus pome fruit nose with slightly herbaceous, planty and floral nuances. Fine, juicy, straight fruit with lively, polished acidity, again fine floral and vegetable aromas on the palate, some persistence, a trace of salt, nutty tones, good to very good, quite firm finish with bite
