Im Mund pflanzlich-herbe Aromatik, ziemlich geschliffene, teils grüne Frucht, vegetabile Noten, Zitrusaromen und Pfirsich, feine, lebendige Säure, leicht süßlicher Schmelz, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, guter, noch ein wenig nachtrocknender Abgang.
