2022 Scheurebe Kabinett feinherb "Vulkanstein", Baden, Germany

Somewhat nutty and vegetal to herbal scent of yellow fruit with a hint of dark berries, smoke and yeast. Slender, sweetish, finely juicy fruit with black berry notes, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, certain persistence, salty tones, hints of verbena and mussel shells on a good finish.
