2021 Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken Réserve, "Kaltenbrunnen", Baden, Germany

Vegetal and quite clearly floral, almost a little perfumed nose with aromas of ripe citrus fruit, some stone and pome fruit, lemon zest, moderate, somewhat nutty wood tones that become clearer with air and herbal notes. Ripe, juicy fruit with a sweetish melt and fine, relatively lively acidity, tangerine tones on the palate, again floral notes, good persistence, smoky and slightly nutty tones, salt in the background, traces of red berries, citrus zest, palpable but integrated alcohol, very good, strikingly fruity finish with nutty, smoky wood and alcohol again.
