Firm, somewhat peppery and slightly herbal scent of more black than red berries and cherries with herbal aromas that go into the Mediterranean and notes of crispy roasted beef fillet. Ripe, partly preserved, rather juicy fruit, floral and herbal notes, a little dark ethereal spice, cocoa nuances on the palate, fine sandy, ripe tannin and moderate acid bite, good persistence, a hint of mint oil cola nut, has power, very good, still very slightly drying finish with sooty traces.
