Fester, herber, zart rauchiger Duft mit hellen zitrusbetont-gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig kräuterig-pflanzlichen Noten und deutlicher Mineralik. Straffe, saftige, kühl wirkende Frucht, lebendige Säure und zarte Süße, nussige, kräuterige und einen Hauch vanillige Töne am Gaumen, nachhaltig, etwas Griff, gewisse Tiefe, ein wenig Kandierte Ananas im Hintergrund, zart sahnige Anklänge, deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, saftiger Abgang mit Biss und Griff.
