Clear, quite polished, youthful citrus pomaceous fruit nose with light, somewhat nutty oak notes, a hint of pineapple, egg white, vanilla and buttery nuances. Ripe, quite firm, very dry fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity, restrained, light oak notes again, some smoke, nuts and hints of butter, vegetal to herbaceous nuances, certain minerality in the background, warm and cool elements, moderate yellow spice, not too deep, good to very good finish with bite.
