Relatively firm, clearly smoky, somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbal and a hint of nutty aroma of yellow fruit with light black berry flavours. Clear, not completely dry fruit with a delicate melt, a hint of butter and fennel, fine, quite lively acidity, has grip, substance and good persistence, dark berries and banana leaf in the background, hints of tea, tart minerality, smoky tones in the very good, slightly warm, grippy finish.
