Sanfte, beinahe feine, eingemachte Apfel-Melonenfrucht mit Anklängen an Tee, Litschi, etwas Rosenholz und Heilkräuter, mineralisch und zart bitterlich im Hintergrund, gut balanciert, dezente Süße und Säure, hat Volumen und Nachhaltigkeit, zeigt auch deutlich seine Herkunft, eine Spur alkoholisch im sehr guten Abgang.
