Leicht rau und etwas rustikal, brotig-erdige, zart bitterliche Melonenfrucht nach Litschi und eingemachtem Apfel, passende Süße, einen Hauch Melisse im Hintergrund, moderate Säure, hat Charakter, leicht bitterlich im guten Abgang.
