Teils mürbe Frucht im Mund, einen Hauch süßlich, getrocknete Heilkräuter, Suppengemüse und welke Blüten, lebendige Säure, erdig-mineralische Beitöne, leicht käsig und hell-nussige am Gaumen, noch jung, guter Abgang.
