Translate to English Herber, deutlich säuerlich-vegetabiler, leicht krautiger, erdiger und etwas tabakiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Pfeffer und viel Mineralik. Zart süßliche Frucht im Mund, etwas Kandis und ein Hauch Karamell, erdig-mineralische Töne, deutlich vegetabil am Gaumen, wieder süß-saure krautige Noten, lebendige Säure, leicht deckender und trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Kraft und Schmelz, guter bis sehr guter, etwas rauer und zugleich süßlicher und herb-vegetabiler Abgang mit erdiger Mineralik.
