2021 Untertürkheim Gips Riesling Grosses Gewächs Monopol, "Marienglas®", Württemberg, Germany

Firm and quite deep, complex, somewhat smoky aroma of ripe yellow fruits with yellow-spicy and herbal aromas, clearly ethereal notes and some wood. Ripe, firm, rather tart fruit, herbal-vegetable notes and again yellow spice, quite present, ripe acidity, some grip of friable tannin, very light aromatic bitterness on the palate, lots of salty minerality, a hint of black berries in the background, a little rosemary, very good, firm finish with tart juice, partly ethereal spice and lots of minerality.
