Firm and deep, somewhat smoky, nutty and planty to dried herbaceous nose with citrus and stone fruit notes as well as a hint of mussel shells and rhubarb. Polished, firm fruit with slightly black berry flavours, lively, yet fine acidity, has a grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, salty and chalky minerality, lemon butter, crab meat and nutmeg in the background, certain depth, very good, grippy and again smoky finish.
