2021 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve "Ovum®", Württemberg, Germany

Youthful, firm and deep, smoky bouquet with yellow and white fruit tones, fresh vegetable to herbal aromas, floral nuances, mustard seeds and a hint of chanterelles as well as increasingly root vegetables with air. Fresh, polished, very juicy, yet quite dry fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent and dense on the palate, certain melting, fine vegetal aromas, tones reminiscent of parsley pesto, a hint of dark berries in the background, elegant style, chalky and salty minerality, light nutty hints, very good, firm, again very polished finish with fresh juice and pesto.
