Firm and quite deep pome fruit-citrus scent with light wood aromas, a little mushroom, hints of yellow spice, a touch of bacon and floral nuances. Ripe, tangy, tightly knit fruit, lively acidity, some grip of ripe tannin, yeasty and chalky-salty-mineral notes, persistent, has some power but also freshness and bite, slightly ethereal notes, very good, firm, tart finish. Still needs to mature.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
