Quite deep, clearly smoky to bacony, somewhat herbal and floral aroma of ripe red and black berries with peppery nuances, minerality and meat juice. Quite juicy, ripe, fresh fruit, nutty, smoky-roasty and spicy wood aromas, some coffee, pepper again and hints of meat juice, dried herbs in the background, salty minerality, some depth, still young, a hint of bitter chocolate, very good, juicy, mineral, somewhat roasty and spicy finish.
