Firm, somewhat tobacco scent of ripe blackcurrants with cedar and slightly fleshy-animal and hinted minty aromas. Clear, firm, tangy-juicy fruit with dark chocolate and a little smoky wood aromas, delicately sooty on the palate, dried vegetable and earthy nuances, a hint of pepper, very slightly bacon-like, warming alcohol, not too deep, but very carefully made, good to very good finish
