Clear, fresh, quite polished fragrance of mixed berries and cherries with floral, dried herbaceous and slightly peppery-spicy aromas. Ground, firm, juicy fruit with a certain acid bite and very fine tannins, herbal and peppery nuances, again slightly floral, has freshness and life, quite elegant style, a little chalk and salt in the background, a hint of bacon, very good, firm, fine juicy finish with bite
