Yeasty and finely vegetal bouquet with restrained yellow fruity aromas, nutty hints, a hint of smoke and a touch of butter. Tart, fine, restrained fruit, juicier with air, vegetal, yeasty and slightly nutty tones, very fine mousseux, delicate grip, wild mushrooms and a hint of undergrowth on the palate, persistent, delicately smoky and tobacco hints, salt in the background, good depth, seems mature and at ease, very good, quite firm finish with fine tart juice and quite complex spice.
