Light nutty oak on the nose, vegetal notes, delicate hint of tobacco, yellow fruit, still slightly yeasty, fairly prominent chalky mineral notes. Fairly firm, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, elegant nutty, floral and vegetal notes, fairly lively acidity, slightly creamy, persistent, buttery traces and some caramel, still quite young, hint of mustard seed in the background, some depth, slightly sweetish and creamy on a very good finish.
