Yellow spice and light vegetal notes on the nose, dried and candied yellow fruit, herbaceous and earthy notes, some undergrowth. Concentrated, very sweet fruit on the palate, tart yellow spice, old oak and undergrowth, earthy and vegetal traces, firm acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence and depth, still young, hint of bacon, compact structure, slightly salty, herbaceous notes and floral traces in the background, prominent sugar candy, firm bite and grip on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
