2011 Brut Nature, Württemberg, Germany

Firm, fairly complex nose, prominent yeasty notes, nutty notes, fairly prominent vegetal notes, some brioche and restrained yellow fruit. Firm, juicy, ripe, bone dry fruit on the palate, fine mousse evenly distributed, light bite and some grip, persistent, has substance, yeasty and nutty aromas, some depth, hint of bacon in the background, very good, firm, tart, juicy, grippy finish. Excellent wine.
