2019 Brut Pinot-Rosé, Baden, Germany

Yeasty, mushroomy and vegetal scent of red berries and a little pome fruit with floral nuances. Ripe, quite juicy fruit, nutty and slightly mushroomy notes, relatively fine mousseux and delicate grip, a touch of butter, good persistence, hints of pepper and tobacco, very delicate sweetness, smoky nuances, also mineral tones in the background, a little sauteed mushrooms, very good finish. Quite a lot of sparkling wine for the money.
