2018 Blauer Burgunder Landwein trocken, Baden, Germany

A hint of nutty and dried scent of predominantly red berries and a little cherry. Ripe, quite juicy, warm fruit, fine acid bite, smoky and somewhat bitter chocolate notes, a little coffee, ethereal herbs in the background, good to very good, warm alcohol, spicy and ripe juicy finish.
