Very slightly developed, quite firm and deep aroma of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of laurel and bacon as well as slightly mushroomy, spicy and dried herbal hints. Firm fruit with slightly black berry nuances, delicate melting and some light wood flavours, marbled acidity, has some grip and good persistence, some depth, lemon verbena and sage in the background, hints of fennel, chalky mineral tones, very good finish with some traction.
