Light nutty notes on the nose, vegetal traces, tranquil yellow fruit, light floral traces, hint of vanilla. Tart, restrained fruit on the palate, delicate vegetal notes, nutty oak, hint of bacon, very elegant acidity, light salty notes in the background, good, tart finish.
