Clear, firm, cool, light fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and vegetal notes, light earthy, salty andchalky notes, floral traces, good persistence, elegant bite and grip, hint of bacon and mushrooms, touch of parsley, fresh style, some depth, clear contours, very good, firm finish.
