Moderate nutty, spicy oak on the nose, vegetal notes, restrained, tranquil yellow fruit. firmly structured, ripe, bone dry fruit on the palate, elegant spicy oak, nutty aromas, hint of vanilly, fairly prominent salty mineral notes, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, still youthful, yeasty traces in the background, light grip, very good, cool, tart finish. Very well made.
