Relatively cool, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to ethereal-herbaceous core and stone fruit scent with a hint of crab meat. Clear, tart fruit with delicate melt, a bit of yeast, a touch of dark berries and hinted Earl Grey, lively acidity, noticeable tannin, some sustainability, chalky minerality, citrus zest in the background, very good, herbaceous-juicy finish with cool plant aromas.
