Relatively cool, somewhat herbaceous to herbal and subtly smoky-bacon-like core and stone fruit aroma with slight fungal and yeasty hints. Straightforward, not completely dry fruit with delicate melt, a touch of tobacco and dark berries, fitting acidity, has some grip, certain sustainability, chalky notes, good finish.
