Relatively cool, somewhat tobacco-like, nutty and hinted mushroom scent of yellow fruits with a trace of root vegetables, yeast, a little dark berries and some ginger. Straightforward, not completely dry fruit with yeasty tones and a slight melt, a touch of wild herbs and meadow flowers, lively acidity, a hint of wax, chalky tones, good to very good, still slightly muted finish.
