Somewhat floral and vegetal pome fruit citrus nose with a little herbs, mushrooms and smoky-bacon nuances. Ripe, melting and warm fruit with butter caramel and some smoky wood, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, a hint of chanterelles on the palate, warming alcohol, root vegetables and noticeable lactic tones, a little yellow spice in the background, warm, melting, again buttery finish.
