Tart, delicately smoky and somewhat vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas and earthy and nutty traces. Restrained, melting, tart fruit, vegetal, slightly earthy and nutty flavours, matching acidity, restrained grip, some persistence, some warmth, a hint of salt, good finish.
