Smoky, herbaceous, somewhat nutty and a hint of cheesy aroma with mushrooms as well as red and black berry notes. Slim fruit with nutty and herbal flavors, some smoke and mushrooms, vibrant acidity, a bit of carbonation, salt and herbs in the background, toasty hints, good finish with bite and slightly sandy tannins.
