A somewhat nutty, yeasty, vegetable-like and subtly mushroomy aroma of partly soft core and stone fruits with cool herbal notes. Clear, juicy, not completely dry fruit with slightly yeasty and dark berry notes, lively acidity, has some grip and sustainability, in the background nutmeg and a hint of hibiscus, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
