2021 Etna DOC Bianco, Sicily, Italy

Tart, herbal to smoky aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, hints of mushrooms and a touch of bacon. Quite juicy, youthful, fresh fruit, smoky, nutty and dried planty to herbaceous aromas, quite persistent on the palate, some melting, a hint of dark fruit in the background, fine spiciness, very good, quite juicy finish with light nutty and delicate floral hints.
